[UI] Issue with button alignment on the membership page

Problem/Motivation

The `Add member` button without the dropdown menu has a wrong alignment on the group membership page.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the /group/{group_id}/membership.

Proposed resolution

Remove extra `margin-bottom` styles for the button and wrapper.
