Hi @aitala,
I have checked the issue on Drupal 10.0.11, and using the above mentioned modules. The issue you mentioned is not occurring, although I have found one strange behavior that the radio circles are not working although if we click on the labels of the radio button, then it do work.
Can you please give it a try by clicking on the radio button label which are not selectable according to you and then try to save the config. It should be working now.

Hi,
Well the first issue is that there are no radio buttons to click.. just the images...
And this is D9 (at the moment)..
Its also possible its one of the other modules that's messing things up..
Thanks.

Hi @aitala,
I have reviewed in Drupal 9 setup as well (9.5.11), and it is working fine both with "Layout Builder iFrame Modal" module enabled and disabled. Can you please share your composer.json file so that I can review if there is any specific module that is causing the issue. Also please make sure to check console log if there is any error being triggered and in recent log messages as well.
Thank You!!

hi,
No errors are getting logged anywhere...
Here is the composer.json file.

Hi @aitala
I have checked by using the composer.json you provided on d9 setup but still I am able to save configs, and one thing that I noticed is that radio buttons are not being displayed only images are when you configure bootstrap column layout in layout builder. But still I was able to select via clicking on images. So this issue is not reproducible, I think there is some issue with your backend configuration of some contrib or custom module, as that can be affecting the behavior.
Thank You!!

Just a note - there are no custom modules on the site...
