Control access to the copy button by role

Problem/Motivation

We are building an educational site where, by default, we intercept all JS requests to COPY (Ctrl-C) anything via the web interface.

Teachers and trainers will understand why we do that by default -- although frustrating and annoying to leaners, it is very valuable feature because it stopes them copying code so that have to type it out.

HOWEVER, for Teachers, we would like them to copy code blocks and so we would want them to use the neat feature.

Might it be possible to add permission via role control to the visibility of the button?

Another connected and very useful enhancement might be to enable the content editors to chose per code block whether the button is, or is not visible - that would be super useful because sometimes, occasionally, we DO want our learners to be able save time by grabbing some kick-start coded.
