Option to host locally with customised Highlight.JS

Problem/Motivation

It would be useful to have an option allowing us host the JS library ourselves.

This way, we could:

1. Customise the JS library optimally
2. Continue using it whole we are offline developing locally or in a walled garden where we cannot access the site online
