Unable to save settings in node's "manage display"

Problem/Motivation

After update from 8.x-2.24 to 3.0 (Drupal 10.2.5) I get the following when I access the display on a node's type. This node type had a media field previously formatted with blazy 8x
Warning: Array to string conversion in Drupal\blazy\Form\BlazyAdminBase->finalizeForm() (line 647 of /path_to_site/web/modules/contrib/blazy/src/Form/BlazyAdminBase.php).:
I tried to edit then save the field formatter settings, but on save I get a white screen and a PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size ... exhausted
I had no issues with 8.x-2.24. Problems appeared just after updating to 3.0. Updating to the latest (3.0.3) didn't change anything. I also use slick which was also updated at same time to the latest available version.
