Re-release 7.x-dev files; MD5 does not match

Problem/Motivation

The MD5 for both feeds-7.x-2.x-dev.tar.gz and feeds-7.x-2.x-dev.zip does not match. Drush will not use the latest dev due to "corrupt files" from the MD5 mismatch.
