Problem filtering nodes by paragraphs inside

Nodes contain paragraphs (Multi Value). Inside the paragraph there are two fields (Field_1 and Field_2) referring to different taxanomy dictionaries. Each node may have several instances of paragraphs. In each node, Field_1 has a unique value, and in Field_2 the values can be repeated.

When performing a faceted search, it is required that only those nodes are shown in which the values of Field_1 and Field_2 of one paragraph instance coincide, as in the figure. The correct node is highlighted in green. The error is that both nodes are shown, although in the second node there are no coincidences in one copy of the paragraph - highlighted in red.

What to do about it? How to solve this problem? The problem has existed since Drupal 7, with Field Collections and DoubleFields.
