Broken for Drupal 10.3

Parsing of files seems to be broken. (Wild guess.)

Visit FileCopy.php for Drupal 10 / 10.3 and compare it to the same page for Drupal 9 / 9.5.

Notice that:

"View source" does nothing (as the source code isn't part of the HTML source code)
"Classes" is missing

It's a known issue, see 🐛 Classes missing from Drupal 10 Fixed for more details.

Checking the page in the new staging site here https://api.stage.cluster.drupalsystems.org/api/drupal/core%21modules%21..., it seems ok.
