Undefined array key "custom_label" in Drupal\commerce_stripe\Plugin\Commerce\PaymentGateway\StripePaymentElement->buildConfigurationForm()

When adding a payment gateway to a site, and selecting Stripe Payment Element we get "Oops, something went wrong. Check your browser's developer console for more details." due to the below warning being in the AJAX response:

Undefined array key "custom_label" in Drupal\commerce_stripe\Plugin\Commerce\PaymentGateway\StripePaymentElement->buildConfigurationForm() (line 283 of /var/core/www/modules/contrib/commerce_stripe/src/Plugin/Commerce/PaymentGateway/StripePaymentElement.php

@jsacksick , above patch fixed the issue , I have verified locally, also I created MR easy to merge, moving RTBC++
