Block not showing for administator

Can't seem to replicate this

1. Fresh D10.2.4
2. Latest Masquerade module
3. Enable Masquerade
4. Add the Masquerade block to a region

Is your user account user 1? Double check permissions and double check the block isn't set to be visible for certain roles.

users with supervisor role see the block
administrator does not

1. Check following on block config.
In Visibility section
Roles and pages section

2. Go to roles and check your role wise permission and find "Masquerade" section all permission is correct or not.

Hi @Ravi block config is ok, Roles visibility il limited to supervisor and Administrator (me)

I am the Administrator (user id 1) so all permissions are granted by default.

I became encountering this trouble after installing and the usage of the PHP Filter module for Drupal 8. I located that if I went to configure the block that wasn't appearing and checked the container titled "Negate the condition" beneath the PHP tab, then the block would appear as expected.
