Youtube videos being stripped out of front-end output

When I paste a Youtube URL in the body field of a comment entity, it displays the video preview. But then when I save the comment, the video does not appear on the front-end. It appears that the video code is being stripped / filtered out. I have tried disabling the "Limit allowed HTML tags and correct faulty HTML" setting, but that had no effect. How can I resolve this issue?
