Enhance Menu Migration Module with Download and Upload Options

Thanks again for proposing this enhancement, I really liked the idea. Unfortunately, the current state of the module is not very friendly to your proposed changes. While it works fine, the structure of the code is becoming messy (the module code is too basic), and if any new similar enhancement is introduced, things will get very crowded. Therefore I've been working on refactoring the code to better allow various extensions to export destinations, and import sources.

I'm working on a new release (4.x) that will contain this refactor, and will include your code adjusted to the new version. I will update the issue when the release will be ready.

Pushed final version of this enhancement to version 4, and will be available in the first alpha release of version 4.
I'm closing the merge request, but feel free to still use it for versions 2 or 3.
