Creating a tracker generator for content of a 'file' results in an error and un-saved migration.

Problem/Motivation

With a fresh install, trying to add a Tracker Generator for Content Entities of a file results in WSOD.

Steps to reproduce

Install Fresh Drupal Site (I had 10.2.5).
Install migrate_qa, migrate_qa_views.
Go to Tracker Generator for content page (/admin/structure/migrate-qa/tracker/settings/generators-content)
Click on 'Add Generator'.
Select 'File' entity and 'File' bundle.
Save.

Proposed resolution

Not sure, files don't have bundles so I don't think this would fit into the 'config template' for tracker content.

Remaining tasks

For one just avoid the error by checking for a null bundle, but I think that would lead to more issues further in the code. Perhaps there should be a file-specific migration template.

Started work in an issue fork. Here's a draft MR. https://git.drupalcode.org/project/migrate_qa/-/merge_requests/7/diffs

This fixes the config saving, but when adding files (file entities) there are sql errors that prevent the creation of trackers for the new files. I'll look into that next. This error also happens with users, but not with redirects, two other single-bundle entity types.
