Provide user with message suggestions

Maybe this can be useful. Many chat UIs provide user with message suggestions.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

1. Maybe this can be implemented with function calling. In addition to regular message, AI can return a function call with message suggestions.
2. Message suggestions would be shown below the text area, clicking on a message, would prefill the textarea and/or send the message.
3. There has to be a configuration option - to enable/disable this feature
