Export Options Does not appear after update

Export Options Does not appear

I attempted a full update on a website which uses views data export as to export different statistics.
After updating all modules and the core while testing the functionality of the website i found that the export options are gone,
i the bellow images you can find what is the expected preview and what is the actual.
What i found is that the json code no longer get executed and instead of that is got printed as text.

I need further support or any suggestions how to got this issue fixed
