Steps Reproduce:
1. Installed the module using Composer.
2: when adding provider in "/admin/tmgmt/translators", it threw a warning, the warning mentioned below.
Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$access_token in Drupal\tmgmt_cdt\TmgmtCdtApi->checkTokenAccess() (line 1474 of modules\contrib\tmgmt_cdt\src\TmgmtCdtApi.php).
