Development plan

This project is not complete by any means.

1. It will depend heavily on 📌 Convert update_calculate_project_update_status() into a class Needs work
2. Only code written so far is just a simplified table, with no menu item, that I use to copy/paste into Jira tickets.

Planned features

1. Allow admins to add QA notes for each project. (actual data/format TBD).
2. When a particular project has an update available, if the QA notes are available, they are linked to.
3. Admins/Clients can mark QA as in-progress, or done
4. Drush script to export current update list into a jira-friendly version for clients to review, with notes added.

Current bugs

Current table skips projects in a custom dev-1.x version.
