Problem/Motivation

Vision would allow to ask AI questions including about images.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

1. Add latest model pointer "gpt-4-turbo" and "gpt-4o" which supports vision. [done]
2. Add form field to enter image URL.
3. Send image URL to openai.
