Add a new field that would be displayed in the Group Members for each member

I'm working with the Open Social module and I need to add a new field that would be displayed in the Group Members for each member.

It should look like this:

As far as I understand it, this user is displayed as Group content with view mode default, but I could not find it on my site

I searched from previous releases, but did not find the information.
