Content translation redirect "message" config missing schema

Problem/Motivation

When visiting the report status page, in the configuration inspector session, in the list, the item content_tranlation_redirect.* shows the error "message" "missing schema"

Steps to reproduce

Go to /admin/reports/status

Proposed resolution

Create a patch to add the missing configuration to the "content_translation_redirect.schema.yml" file
