Problem dragging Paragraph with a media remote video field.

Problem/Motivation

In the Mercury editor, when dragging a Paragraph with a media remote video field, the placement can't 'land' into another spot in the layout. AND the paragraph can't be released: it stays in floating drag mode.

Steps to reproduce

Create a paragraph type with a single media ref field for remote video,
Add to a paragraphs layout page
Try to move it after it's been placed.

This behavior is not a problem in the standard Layout Paragraphs UI.
