Thank you for the quick response. I applied the patch from the MR and it fixed the problem. I no longer get the errors on /admin/structure/block/manage/[theme]_breadcrumbs/settings-tray and the modified help text for the Pages field is still present on /admin/structure/block/manage/westy_breadcrumbs
