Steps Reproduce:

1: Install the module using Composer with the command: composer require 'drupal/bmc:^1.0'

2: When enable the module, it throws an error, error mentioned below

Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in bmc_page_attachments_alter() (line 39 of modules\contrib\bmc\bmc.module).

I've attached an image illustrating my actions—installing the module and searching within the extended panel.
