In some scenarios it is necessary to distinguish between roles / persons marking a ticket as "used" versus marking a ticket as "not used". Marking it as used is a simple validation check, while marking it as unused is in fact a revalidation of a (maybe already previosly validated and used) ticket.
Beside the two currently available permissions (Check ticket validity via ticket scanner and Mark ticket as used via ticket scanner) create a distinctive permission: Mark ticket as not used via ticket scanner.
