Add a new token to get the payment remote transaction id for the order

If this is done, the token would need to be provided by the commerce_payment module as commerce_order doesn't depend on commerce_payment. Also, the payment needs to be loaded using the storage... And there could be cases where you have multiple payments even though in the vast majority of usecases this isn't the case.
Marking this as "won't fix" for now.
