Try going to
yoursiteurl/admin/modules/uninstall/entity/recently_readthere you can delete all and it should be faster giving it's SQL operation.
I have over 8 million recently read entities and want to know if there is an easier way to delete them. Doing it via http:/yourdomain/batch?id=21526&op=start looks like it could take days to do. Its very very slow removing them.
Any help would be appreciated!
