[UI] Add dropdown behavior to the edit button on the event page(hero section)

Problem/Motivation

The user will have a dropdown menu on the edit button on the event page.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the event page.
Find an edit button(pencil icon) on the top-right side of the hero section.

Proposed resolution

Add the possibility of having a dropdown menu if the `social_clone` is enabled on the event page.
