CKeditor 5 Browse Button Issue with Tables

Strange issue if you start in ckeditor and either create a table or click on an existing table before doing anything else, then click to add a link, the DFM Browse button (/modules/custom/dfm/css/images/browse.png) does not load. I attached a video to better show.
