[UI] Improve width of the dialog window on the mobile screen

Problem/Motivation

The dialog window has a big width if we do not use a Gin theme.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the group(where we have the `Request to join` setting) on the mobile/mobile view mode.
Click on the `Request to join` button.

Proposed resolution

Add min/max-width styles for the dialog window.
