Not rendering on page with existing quicktabs in other regions

I have a quicktab displaying stuff in the sidebar region. I also want to render one on the Content area, but I am having an unknown problem. I have done this before prior on Drupal 9 without a problem so I'm not sure if the problem lies with 10. I am running 10.2.4.

The QT calls some Views blocks that are displaying the correct field data but no tabs are being rendered. It looks like there is no QT on the page.
