Attempt to get the group label from the exposed name before plugin title

Problem/Motivation

When using active filters with the views exposed filters sub-module in facets 3.x, grouped facets do not correctly get the filter name, as the plugin title is always "Facets".

Steps to reproduce

Add active filters to a view with exposed filter facets.
Select the group option.
See the group labels are not correct.

Proposed resolution

Attempt to get the exposed filter label before the plugin title.
