Modules can alter inbound paths before they are checked. When using the fast404_path_check option, allowing the inbound path processor to process the path can be necessary to properly validate if a path exists.
Add an option fast404_path_check_process_paths to optionally allow the path processor to process the path.
A new fast404_path_check_process_paths option is added to optionally allow the path processor to process the path.
