Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

Take today as Apr 9, 2024:
- Set Last year as date range,
- Go to /admin/config/system/google-analytics-counter/dashboard
- date range is wrong: Apr 1, 2023 - Apr 30, 2023. It should be Apr 1, 2023 - Dec 31, 2023.
