Credit cards are not deleted as expected by the API

Problem/Motivation

It turns out that if you pass any more details for the credit card other than the last 4 digits and the card type, together with the "D" flag, BlueSnap will first try to update the card and then try to delete. Therefore, if the card has expired, updating a card will raise an error "The stated credit card expiration date has already passed." and the operation will be cancelled.

Proposed resolution

Only pass the last 4 digits and the card type when deleting a credit card.
