Project page should no longer suggest Tour module

Problem/Motivation

The project page suggests use of Tour module, but that module is deprecated in Drupal 10.3 and will be removed in Drupal 11.0, so we should no longer recommend it.

Edit project page. But I don't have permission to do it.
