Easier way of translating media items

Problem/Motivation

Right now, it's very difficult to translate media items for multiple languages (useful for alt-text)
Most uses upload a new media item via the inline media library when they edit content pages. Switching to the media overview and translating the item there is not something that happens as it interrupts the content creation workflow.
