TypeError when opening views format settings

Problem/Motivation

When saving an export view, then editing and clicking the settings link next for format... get this error.

TypeError: implode(): Argument #2 ($array) must be of type ?array, string given in implode() (line 110 of /web/modules/contrib/views_simple_sitemap_export/src/Plugin/views/style/SimpleSitemapExport.php).
