Functional JavaScript test failures can be hard to debug because it can be unclear what the test actually saw when testing, certainly when you have test that work locally but fail on CI. On Gitlab CI we can store a screenshot when a test fails in the artefacts so we can see what the test was looking at when it failed

Take a screenshot when a test fails of the current page and store it in the artefacts.
Discuss: Do we think it is useful for core to implements this? (we use it for DTT tests in our own workflow and find it very useful)
