Review and Refactor the code that handles the JS/CSS asset files generated by Drupal for compliance with Flysystem 3.0.x

Problem/Motivation

Current files from 2.x module version exist in the Asset/ folder, code needs to be reviewed to implement asset file handling that is compliance with Drupal 10.3+ for the 3.0.x version of this module.
