[beta7] Composer pulls down an incompatible version of ui_patterns_settings

Problem/Motivation

Trying to pull this theme down and enable it, but doing so with composer pulls down an incompatible version of ui_patterns_settings

Steps to reproduce

composer require 'drupal/ui_suite_dsfr:^1.0@beta'

Which pulls 'drupal/ui_patterns_settings:2.1' (In composer.json = "drupal/ui_patterns_settings": "^2.0")

According to the theme .info we need ui_patterns_settings:ui_patterns_settings (>=8.x-2.2-alpha1 || >=8.x-2.2 || >=3.0) and thus im unable to enable the theme.

This can obviously be remedied at a project level, but would be good to have this pull down a compatible version out of the box
