Add ability to add role to menu items

Problem/Motivation

Adding the ability to add role attributes to menu items would be beneficial. We are working for a client that would like a separator part way through the menu, however we do not want users being able to tab to it.

Proposed resolution

Add role to menu item attributes.

User interface changes

An additional field will be added to the menu item attributes in the menu link config.
