Allow custom field cloning from any entity type.

Problem/Motivation

Currently custom fields can only be cloned from the same entity type. Providing the ability to clone custom fields from other entity types provides enhanced flexibility for content modeling.

Proposed resolution

Modify function that returns clone options.

User interface changes

Clone dropdown to include additional options.
