Switch language for all pages, not only nodes

This is neat, but does not work on pages that are not nodes, even though the page may be translated. The coming patch makes it work on all translated pages. I am not sure if it makes sense to also optionally check if the page is a translated entity.

    MR is ready. If you like it, I wouldn't mind being granted maintainer status for this project as I intend to use it in many of my projects and it clearly needs more love.
