Problem/Motivation

In some situations batch processing is not started.

Steps to reproduce

Unsure.

Proposed resolution

Use a submit handler instead of entity post save.

Remaining tasks

Update code.

User interface changes

User must un-tick the processed checkbox if ticked, otherwise processing will not happen. We can no longer compare old and new to automatically trigger processing.
