MidCamp 2024: Add transcripts to each session page on Midcamp.org website

Update session pages on the MidCamp.org website with transcripts. Transcripts provided by our vendor, AI Media. This year, we did not use human captioners to provide transcripts for the videos. Instead, we used an AI tool called Lexi. We were also able to create a glossary of terms to improve the quality. Using this tool greatly reduced the cost to generate the captions and transcripts for each session.
