Set _referringItem in LayoutParagraphsLayout

Currently there is not a reliable way to find the parent entity for paragraph items within a LayoutParagraphsLayout instance. Setting _referringItem -- the way Entity Reference formatters do -- provides a simple, consistent means of accessing the parent from a giving member component of a layout.
