Problem/Motivation

It's an issue ✨ Provide field group formatter Details card Active related to it as well. Except, for everything that is described there, we wanna have the field group element with a header. So, it means, that instead of the title in the summary section, we can place some fields. But for this we should have the new twig template

Proposed resolution

We should create the new field group formatter (which is not part of this issue). In this issue, we just need to provide the suggestion for the template.
IMPORTANT: This issue does not yet provide a new field group formatter Details Header Card.
What is provided for now is just theme suggestion that will allow load different twig template needed for new field group formatter Details Header Card.
