Log errors should report the item url not the current page url

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the logged error messages display the current page url including the query string, however the Scheme App cache class can alter the page URL that is used for the Schema App API lookup. This can be confusing when debugging any errors.

Proposed resolution

Log the URL used by the Scheme App cache class.
