Support 10.3.x in addition to 11.x

Problem/Motivation

The module has been created to support Drupal 11.x and above. However, to ease the switch after 10.2, we also need it to support Drupal 10.3, which - among other things - changes the .gitlab-ci.yml build and not requesting PHP 8.3. See https://www.drupal.org/docs/getting-started/system-requirements/overview →

Proposed resolution

  • support PHP >= 8.1.6
  • remove Drupal 11 requirement
