Permission not implemented

aaron.ferris → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

The current permission on the route is 'access administration pages', from what I can tell the module provided permission of 'administer prism languages' isn't used anywhere else, so the assumption is its 'administer prism languages' that we want for the route.
